The development of the WZU Personal Alarm was inspired by a TVnews about a child who died after choking on a sausage in amoving car, His mother hadn’t even noticed her child calling for helpthe entire time she was driving. l could feel the mother’s pain andself-loathing acutely, because at the time l was asleep on the livingroom couch when my grandmother had her heart attack andcollapsed in the kitchen,l blamed myself every moment if l hadheard my grandmother’s cries for help, if she would not have passedaway?This pain gave me the idea, why not turn my experience into astrength to help more people who might be in danger?So, with the help and encouragement of my friends, l developed thisproduct based on my own painful experience while fightingdepression.
I want to share this product with as many people as possible.Becausel know that in an emergency the primitive personal alarmwill only become a decoration hanging on a bag. With it l hope tominimize more regrets and tragedies like mine.
